About the Artist: Working in both oil and watercolor, Joseph Alleman's paintings have become recognized and collected for their visionary portrayals of the Contemporary American West. Residing in Northern Utah, Joseph finds a great deal of inspiration in the region's land, towns, and people which make it unique. "There is a beauty within the everyday and ordinary that only painting can reveal. I'm drawn to these subjects in hopes of making and sharing such discoveries."

Born 1975 in San Francisco, CA, Joseph grew up in Salt Lake City, UT and graduated in Fine Art from Utah State University. His work has been featured in numerous publications such as American Artist Watercolor, The Artists Magazine, Watercolor Magic and  Southwest Art magazines. Joseph has received National awards from various art organizations including; The American Watercolor Society, the Western Federation of Watercolor Societies, and the Utah Watercolor Society.

How it works: Once a commission deposit is placed on our website you will be contacted by a FH+CO art consultant who will work as a liaison between you and the artist.  We align your specifications (size, subject matter, basic color pallet etc.) with the creative vision of the artist.  This process involves detailed communication and documentation thru emails and phone calls. Depending on the demand of the artist this process can take only a few weeks or up to a few months.

Unlike brick & mortar galleries who take 50% + from their artists, we forward 80% of your investment to the artist, allowing them to be more creative.
